Therapeutic Coaching

Here’s what I know for sure: You are capable of incredible change.
Not because I’m an optimist, but because I’ve seen it. Over and over again.
I’ve supported people through burnout, big transitions, and the quiet moments of starting over. And I’ve watched them shift, sometimes slowly, sometimes in unexpected leaps.
Not because they were broken and needed fixing, but because they started to understand themselves, access the right tools, and had someone beside them who truly believed change was possible.
I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2017, from the NHS to social care, and trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Over time, I realised that what drew me most to this work was the forward momentum, the part where people begin to reclaim their story and shape what comes next.
That’s what led me to therapeutic coaching.
.
That’s why I became a therapeutic coach: to bring together the best of both worlds:
🧠 The depth and insight of therapy
⚡️ The forward motion and momentum of coaching
I don’t sit back in silence while you do the heavy lifting. I bring years of experience, psychological depth, and a whole lot of heart. We’ll talk nervous systems, boundaries, behaviour patterns and why you keep doing that thing you wish you could stop.
Most importantly, we’ll figure out how to move forward in a way that actually works for you.
Most of us have been taught to either push feelings aside or ruminate on them.
Change comes when you can handle those feelings and keep moving toward what matters.
